Shall we take a look at the most visited places in the world travel guides? I suppose a remarkable museum is located in the first place of our list, no matter in which city. The most important ones of these in the world are the Louvre Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the British Museum.

Museums are unique buildings that host art and historical monuments. The most famous architects in history are generally referred to by the museums they have designed. Whether modern architecture or more classic lines, museums have always been on the agenda with the charm of their buildings.

Although art and history museums are the two most common topics, museums are home to unique works on many different subjects. Photography museums, glass arts museums, nature museums, the apple museum, or the meerschaum museum can be counted as examples.

Sometimes our travels can be daily and sometimes longer. However, we try to devote time to museum visits during our travels. Because when you return home from Paris, one of the first questions you will be asked is, "Have you seen Mona Lisa?".
