Brit Heyworth Marling was born in Chicago to parents who worked in the real estate industry. Brit Marling, who studied art at Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando, started her career in finance while studying at Georgetown University. She moved to Los Angeles in 2005 to pursue an acting career.
Brit Marling made her film debut in 2009's “Political Disasters”. Brit Marling, who wants to take her place on the Hollywood stage as a screenwriter and producer as well as acting, took part in the movies “Sound of My Voice” and “Another Earth” in 2011, where she also took part as a writer and producer. Both movies were featured at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival.
Brit Marling acted in the movie “Arbitrage” with Richard Gere in 2012, and a year later she played in the movie “The Company You Keep” with Robert Redford. Brit Marling continued her career by starring in movies such as “The East”, “I Origins” and “Posthumous”. She has been acting in TV series for a while.
