When you approach Marrakech at the end of a long flight, the landscape from above is like a giant red city. This city on the foothill of the Atlas mountains, reflects the history of thousands of years with the city walls and houses made of red sandstone, so beautifully that visitors can not wait to see them. With the reason for this scenery, why is it called the Red City, it is not hard to understand.

Marrakech is a trading city right in the middle of the Moroccan Kingdom.

Every day in Marrakech, the market established in the city's most famous square Jemaa el-Fnaa is at the top of the list of place to visit. The name of the square means 'The World's Most Famous Square', and the food market that is set up here in the evening is like a gigantic restaurant.

I am not sure that a two-day visit to Marrakech, where thousands of years of Berber cultures still live all around, will suffice for you. However, I can advise you a few destinations to visit in Marrakech, it is no matter how many days you stay.
