ATLANTA - Brightstar announces J5, a luxury condominium community boasting ultimate livability, slated to open spring of 2019 in Midtown. Located at the corner of Juniper & Fifth, J5 will stand at only six stories high, targeting homeowners looking for a more residential feel with personal outdoor living space rather than commercial tower living.

"The timing is right for J5 in Midtown," said Pauline Miller, president at Brightstar. "Through my many years working in real estate in Atlanta, I've learned that the key to success is designing the right product in the right neighborhood with long term value and enhanced livability. We believe J5 will do just that for Midtown."

The 150-home, amenity-rich mid-rise will offer abundant green space, large terraces, community spaces, pool courtyard with an outdoor, summer kitchen, club room, garden courtyard, rooftop sunset lounge, 24-hour security, one-story private, gated parking and two boardrooms fully equipped with AV equipment to provide meeting space for homeowners who work from home.

Residents are just minutes from Midtown shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and business centers as well as walking distance to some of the city's most notable landmarks like Piedmont Park, Ponce City Market and The BeltLine. Additionally, planned improvements to the Juniper Street Corridor will amplify livability through added bikeways and pedestrian amenities.

Beginning in the low $600s, J5 will offer one, two and three-bedroom homes and is proud to partner with Dezhu US on this project. For additional details about J5, please visit: www.ownj5.com
