"Electric Revolution" will be the world's first museum exhibition that exclusively featuring electric motorcycles. The exhibition will shed light on the history and current status of electric motorcycles and e-bikes. The Motorcycle Arts Foundation (MAF) and Harley-Davidson announced the opening of this exhibition today.
The Richard Varner Family Gallery at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, California will host the exhibition, the first of its kind. This exhibition, which will open its doors on April 6, 2019, is supported by Harley-Davidson.
The exhibition will feature 21 electric motorcycles and e-bikes produced by custom manufacturers and factory brands. Harley-Davidson will display three prototypes from the electric vehicle portfolio as a lead sponsor. The 2020 Harley-Davidson® LiveWire ™ model that will be released in Fall 2019 is also among the electric motorcycles to be exhibited.
In this exhibition, you can see prototypes and custom electric motorcycles from world-renowned manufacturers. These prestigious brand list include Harley-Davidson, CAKE, Specialized Bicycle Components, Roland Sands Design, Curtiss Motorcycles, Alta Motors, Joey Ruiter, and Noel Connolly.
It is a promising development in the motorcycle industry to see the effort of prestigious and renowned brands about improving the share of electric powered motorcycles on the market as like as the strategy of the world's largest car manufacturers in electric vehicles.
