Marriott International Announces the Opening of JW Marriott Hotel in Qufu

With more than 80 hotels in 25 countries, JW Marriott added another new hotel to its portfolio. Shandong Luneng is the owner of the hotel, which attracts attention with its architectural appearance and features. Together with JW Marriott, they bring a brand new luxury accommodation concept to this ancient city.

The building that celebrates Chinese architecture is located in the old city of Qufu. With 188 guestrooms and 9 suites, JW Marriott Hotel Qufu offers a modern and comfortable stay for its guest in the middle of Qufu that represents the Chinese culture.

At the front of the JW Marriott Hotel Qufu, dedicated to reminding Chinese culture and music, there are sixteen Chinese chimes. Also, in the charming lobby, there is a Confucius statue under the ginkgo tree, shows the importance of the city's culture.

The hotel's signature restaurant, Residence, focuses on Cantonese dishes and traditional Kongfu cuisine. Another gastronomic venue at JW Marriott Hotel Qufu is JW Kitchen. JW Kitchen offers both local and international cuisine with its open kitchen concept and modern atmosphere. The Lounge offers guests a friendly and quiet setting with views of the Six Arts Atrium.

The Tea Library promises an entirely different experience. The Tea Library, located in the lobby, is a unique place where the traditional teahouse form completed with tea sets and books on wooden shelves. In the Tea Library, expert tea masters introduce the local tea culture to the guests. And when they need to be relaxed, guests can enjoy the fitness center and heated indoor pool with natural light while staying in JW Marriott Hotel Qufu.

In addition to its accommodation and gastronomic features, the JW Marriott Hotel Qufu also has spaces suitable for hosting various meetings and events. With an area of 800 square meters, The Grand Ballroom is an exclusive space that has been designed for large-scale meetings, conferences and events. Equipped with state-of-the-art video and audio systems, The Grand Ballroom also features a 70 square meter HD LED display. For smaller events, Function Room is a 200 square meter meeting room with all sorts of facilities.
