Nowadays, it is very important to understand customer behavior in the sectors with high competition and to make inferences for future periods. For this reason, fashion brands are now working with technology companies to increase their efficiency. One of the most important ones of these type of collaboration is the partnership between The Prada Group and Adobe.
The Prada Group will be adapting to the new Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to interpret the data it obtains both online and in stores around the world to help deliver a more efficient personalized experience to the customer.
The Prada Group, which will be integrated into Adobe Analytics Cloud and Adobe Marketing Cloud, will have the opportunity to analyze the interactions of its customers on their online shopping platform, social media networks and the global retail network of 634 stores.
The team, which will be established within The Prada Group and will focus on customer experiences only, will use Adobe Sensei, Adobe's artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning solution, and will be able to analyze customer behavior in depth and detail, and will make high-quality and quick inferences.
