With a rich history of over 165 years, Timex reintroduces the Q Timex model to the consumers as a watch brand that has been dedicated to designing innovative watches and developing the technology. With its technology and style ahead of its time in 1979, Q Timex is now available as nostalgia to consumers in limited quantities.
The original name "Q Timex" is protected. And also all design details of this classic watch still the same. The 'Q,' which is below the 12 o'clock position, a woven stainless steel bracelet, and the rotating top ring is among the protected features.
Timex has made some technical additions while adapting this classic watch to the present day. The stainless steel case, the domed acrylic crystal, and the modern quartz movement took Q Timex from 1979 and brought it to 2019.
Headquartered in Middlebury, Connecticut, Timex Group is a privately-held company that designs, manufactures, and distributes contemporary and innovative timepieces with over 3,000 employees. In addition to its Timex brand, the company produces watches for world-famous brands such as Nautica, Ted Baker, Guess, GC, Salvatore Ferragamo, Versus and Versace.
Q Timex is available for $179 on Timex.com, and it will take its places on the shelves of select stores globally from the beginning of May 2019.
