The Praedium Group, a privately-held real estate investment firm founded in 1991, has completed more than 370 transactions to date and representing $12 billion. Chris Hughes, Principal of The Praedium Group, announced the completion of The Praedium Group's latest investment. The Adeline in Maitland, FL, became the newest multifamily community that The Praedium Group added to its portfolio.
