Announced in April 2021, Bentley Residences carries the DNA of the Bentley brand at every point with its unique features. Located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, the 62-story, 749 feet (228 meters) high Bentley Residences is planned to be the tallest beachfront residential building in the US. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2026.
Bentley, one of the most prestigious luxury car brands in the world, is preparing to leave its mark on the luxury real estate market with this residential project. Also known as Bentley Tower, Bentley Residences was designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and developed by Dezer Development.
The Bentley design team was also involved in the design process, and they integrated the Bentley DNA into Bentley Residences. Each residence in the building will offer unique ocean and bayside views. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, each house reinterprets luxury at every point.
One of the features that makes Bentley Residences unique is the car elevator that each apartment has access to. This system, which is thought to have a great impact on car enthusiasts to choose Bentley Residences, is a patented design.
Referring to car design with its cylindrical form, Bentley Residences is a special project in every aspect, and therefore Bentley will be collaborating with REALM on the sale of unique apartments. REALM's prestigious collection also includes newly developed projects such as Oil Nut Bay in the British Virgin Islands, the Towers at the Waldorf Astoria, and 181 Fremont Residences. As part of its collaboration with Bentley, REALM will promote the Bentley Tower on a digital platform to distinguished customers and investors around the world.
Bentley Residences, which sets new standards in luxury living, manages to attract all attention as one of the projects that will be most demanded in the luxury real estate market with its original design and unique features it offers.
