60 lots from 25 James Bond movies that have left their mark on cinema history will be auctioned in two different ways. For those who want to see the pieces for sale up close, Christie's London gallery will hold a pre-sale exhibition from 15 to 28 September.
The live auction will be held at the London gallery on September 28, 2022, and 25 lots will be available at auction. The Defender, Range Rover and Jaguar stunt cars will be available for sale at live auction. One of the rarest items in the cinema world, the iconic silver birch Aston Martin 'DB5' will find its owner in this once-in-a-lifetime live auction.
The other 35 lots, which will be offered for sale in the online sale section of the Sixty Years of James Bond auction, will allow James Bond enthusiasts to fight for these pieces online, no matter where they live in the world. Online bidding will be available from September 15 to October 5, which is James Bond Day.
Proceeds from the Sixty Years of James Bond auction will be donated to 45 different charities, including British Red Cross and Tusk conservation charity.
Thanks to the online auction option, every 007 enthusiast with a budget has a chance to own some of James Bond books, posters, suits, glasses, and even an original signature Skyfall clapperboard.
