Within the scope of the project, IKEA Family customer loyalty program members living in California will be able to purchase home solar solutions specially prepared by SunPower for IKEA, and SunPower's expert teams will manage the process from the first step to activation.
Members of the IKEA Family customer loyalty program living in California can get information online, as well as visit IKEA's stores in Emeryville, East Palo Alto, West Sacramento, Burbank, Carson, Covina, Costa Mesa and San Diego to get detailed information.
SunPower has developed four exclusive home solar solution packages for IKEA Family loyalty members. Each package includes the SunPower Equinox® Solar System, access to the mySunPower® app to monitor energy production, and SunPower's Complete Confidence Warranty.
After customer approval, the installation of the home solar solution takes place in five steps as Assessment, Quote, Site Verification, Installation and Enjoy the Sun, and this process is completely carried out by SunPower.
Besides California, IKEA also offers its home solar and energy service in Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, Sweden, and Portugal.
Projects of this kind, which carry the concept of sustainability beyond just being a corporate goal and make a great contribution to reaching homes, are expected to make a big difference in the near future.
