Anolon®, the premium cookware brand of California-based Meyer Corporation, has produced Ascend series products from anodized aluminum, a material that is twice as tough as stainless steel. Designed for even heat distribution, Ascend series products dissipate all the heat without hot spots.
Anolon Ascend makes it easy for users to cook different kinds of dishes with its non-stick inner surface. Thanks to its non-stick outer surface, all parts can be easily cleaned. Dishwasher safe structure and being suitable for use on all types of stoves, including induction, are among the prominent features of Anolon Ascend series cookware.
Anolon Ascend series cookware, which is covered with an extra-strengthened three-layer non-stick material, has high resistance to scratching and peeling. Its handles, which offer a comfortable grip and remain cool when used on the stove, are among the user-friendly features. Thanks to the tempered glass lids, it is possible to observe the cooking process without opening the lid. Anolon Ascend series cookware is also oven safe up to 500º F. Anolon Ascend series cookware is suitable both as a set and individually.
