Century Communities, one of the top 10 homebuilders in the United States, announced that it has begun VIP tours of the four model homes included in its project in the exclusive Lake Las Vegas development. The project consists of more than 150 homesites where two types of single-family homes, called The Bluffs I and The Bluffs II, will be built.
The Bluffs project offers a total of six different floor plans. Lake Las Vegas, where the project is located, has different trails and also offers quick access to championship golfing. Two different home models, The Bluffs I and The Bluffs II, were opened to visitors in The Bluffs project, which bears the signature of Century Communities.
The Bluffs I has 3 different single-story floor plan alternatives. 2 to 3 bedroom projects have 2 bathrooms. Offering options up to 1,831 square feet, The Bluffs I has 2-car garages. The Bluffs II home model also offers 3 single-story floor plans up to 2,301 square feet. 3 to 4 bedroom projects have 2 to 3 bathrooms. And they have a 2-car garage, just like in The Bluffs I type single-family homes. Century Communities offers the opportunity to own a new home in the Lake Las Vegas development with The Bluffs project.
