Priscilla Almodovar, who has been the President and CEO of Enterprise Community Partners since 2019, has more than 30 years of experience in finance, real estate, and community development. Priscilla Almodovar holds a bachelor's degree from Hofstra University and earned her Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law.
Priscilla Almodovar will serve as CEO of Fannie Mae, effective December 5, 2022. Priscilla Almodovar will also be a member of the Board of Directors. David C. Benson, who will hand over his duties to Priscilla Almodovar, will also continue as president.
Prior to her role at Enterprise Community Partners, Priscilla Almodovar was managing director and Co-Head of Real Estate Banking at JPMorgan Chase for nearly a decade. Priscilla Almodovar began her career at White & Case LLP and for many years served as President and CEO at the New York State Housing Finance Agency, Affordable Housing Corporation, and the State of New York Mortgage Agency.
