Loomis U.S. appoints Björn Züger as new President and Chief Executive Officer

Before Björn Züger joined Loomis U.S., he was the country president of Loomis Switzerland. He also directed Loomis' operations as Regional Vice President for Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.

Educated at institutes specializing in logistics and supply chain management, Björn Züger was the VIA MAT Group's Europe and South America manager before the company was acquired by Loomis in 2014.

Björn Züger will use his experience in different regions to plan the future of Loomis U.S. and will be at the helm of the operation, which has approximately 200 branches, more than 11,000 employees and more than 3,200 vehicles.
