Azamara returns to Venice in 2023

As of April 3, 2023, the upmarket cruise line Azamara will offer its passengers the opportunity to experience Venice, which is famous for its gondolas, canals, cobbled roads and luxury shopping. Azamara will make its first visit to Venice in the spring season within Azamara Journey's® 12-Night The Best of The Med Voyage.

Azamara's fleet of four ships includes Azamara Journey®, Azamara Quest®, Azamara Pursuit®, and its latest ship, Azamara Onward. In the 2023 season, Azamara will allow passengers to explore Venice as well as towns that cannot be reached by large cruise ships, such as Chioggia.

Azamara will also organize shore excursions that will allow guests to establish a more authentic connection to the historical aspect of Venice and local life. When Venice is mentioned, the first thing that comes to mind is gondolas. A unique gondola ride with the presence of a local singer and accordionist is one of these excursions.
