Jakov Fak is Croatian and competing for Slovenia from 2010. He is an Olympic medalist and two-time World Champion biathlete.Since 2006/07 season, he has been participating in Biathlon World Cup seasons. He represented Croatia 3 times in World Championships and in 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. And after, he represented Slovenia 7 times in World Championships and 2 times in Winter Olympics.
