Milano-Sanremo
In 1907, Lucien Petit-Breton (FRA) won the first edition of the Milano-Sanremo cycling race. The last edition of 2018 was won by Vincenzo Nibali (ITA). Eddy Merckx (BEL) is the most successful cyclist in Milano-Sanremo history to date by 7 times winning.
